This interactive 2-hour workshop, led by consultant Alfred Ramirez, Diverse Strategies Now, serves as the second session in a two-part series on organizational DEI. In this session, participants will "dig deeper" by building on the foundational concepts covered in Part 1, this interactive session will guide participants through practical strategies for embedding principles throughout every level of the organization.

The second session’s networking is at 11:00 a.m. with the program from 11:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. Participants who register for both sessions will have a 30-minute break from 10:30 am to 11:00 am. To keep registration costs down we ask participants to bring their own lunch. Light snacks will be provided.
