PURPOSE

The Roy E. Murray Foundation Fund Grant for Youth seeks to support charitable organizations in the Quad Cities are that promote youth activities. Roy, the former President of Hiland Potato Chip Co., recognized the importance of leaving a legacy and meeting the needs of those in the community who needed help the most.

Teen participants in the Boys and Girls Club of the Mississippi Valley benefit from the Roy E. Murray grant the organization received for youth development.

The Roy E. Murray Foundation Fund supports projects and programs that promote and benefit youth activities. Grant applications that meet a nonprofit's small emergency needs will be given preference. In addition, applications in support of capital campaigns will also be considered.
